Appointments in the calendar can be filtered in three ways:
- According to staff
- According to services
- According to days
Filter according to staff
To filter based on your staff, just click on the staff member's name in the left column and his personalized calendar will automatically pop up.
To see how busy your staff is today, tomorrow or next Tuesday, change the setting of the calendar from Week to Day using the button on the top of your calendar.
Right after clicking on Day, information on the selected day appears (you can choose the day in the left part of your calendar or using the arrows next to the Day button, which you can also use to return to the current day). You have two display options:
- One staff member is tagged in the left column – you see all of his tasks for the given day.
- All staff option is tagged in the left column – you see all the tasks divided into columns with names of specific staff. On the right, you find Unassigned tasks waiting for somebody to take care of them.
Filter according to services
Another option is to filter appointments based on the type of service. In the left column, tag the type of service and automatically, only the selected appointments are displayed in the calendar. Furthermore, tagging selected staff will combine filtering based on services with the staff filter option.
Filter according to days
The Agenda button (next to the Week and Day buttons) displays just the bookings for a specific day. You see bookings in the order as they follow. This type of filtering can be also easily combined with the staff and service based filters.
