Terminal can’t connect to Wi-Fi

Updated this week

If your terminal has trouble connecting to Wi-Fi:

  • Check if your internet connection works on other devices.

  • Move the terminal closer to your router for a stronger signal.

  • On the terminal, go to Settings > Wi-Fi, forget the network, and reconnect by entering your password again.

  • Restart your router and the terminal.

  • Try connecting to another Wi-Fi network to test.

If you still can’t connect, please contact our Support Center.
