How to edit an invoice for the end customer

Editing an invoice for an end customer allows businesses to update billing details for a purchased booking, whether paid online or by cash. This ensures that all information is accurate and up-to-date.

  1. Navigate to Sales - Transactions.

  2. Use the search function to locate the specific transaction you wish to edit.

  3. Click on Edit next to the transaction.

  4. Update the necessary billing details:

    • Email

    • Name and Surname

    • Billing Address

    • Country

    • VAT

    • Business Name

    • Business ID

  5. Once all changes are made, ensure the information is correct and save the edits.

  6. Download the updated invoice by clicking the three dots on the detail of the transaction.

You can also edit an invoice in your mobile app.

  1. Click on the Menu icon in the bottom bar and go to Sales.

  2. Then tap on Transactions and select the payment for which you want to edit the invoice.

  3. On the invoice screen, click on the pencil icon next to Client details.

Now you can update the invoice details as needed.
