The billing details on invoices Reservio issues to you for your plan (company name, address, IČO, DIČ/VAT ID) are managed by our payment provider, 2Checkout — they can't be edited from your dashboard.
This is different from the billing details on invoices you issue to your own clients, which you can edit yourself under Sales → Billing details (see the article How can I edit my company details?).
How to correct your subscription-invoice details
Contact Customer Care and include:
Your corrected company details (company name, address, IČO, DIČ/VAT ID)
The invoice or order number, if you have it
We'll update the details and reissue the invoice — usually by the next business day.
