If your terminal won’t turn on, try these steps:
Check the power and battery
Make sure the terminal is fully charged or properly connected to power.
Leave the terminal charging for at least 30 minutes before trying to turn it on again.
Check the battery icon (if shown) to confirm it’s charging.
Check the power cable and adapter
Use only the official charger and cable that came with your terminal.
Check the cable and adapter for any visible damage.
Try a different power outlet to rule out socket issues.
Avoid using power strips or extension cords.
Check the charging port
Inspect the terminal’s charging port for dust or debris.
Gently clean it if needed, using a soft brush or dry air.
Force restart the terminal
Hold the power button for at least 5 seconds to force a restart.
If the terminal does not respond, keep it connected to power and try again after a few minutes.
Try another charger
If possible, try using another official charger and cable to see if the issue is with your current charger.
