If your terminal isn’t charging properly or has battery problems, try these steps:
Check your charger and cable
Always use the official charger and cable that came with your terminal.
Avoid using power strips or extension cords, as these can affect charging stability.
Check the cable and adapter for any visible damage.
Try using another compatible charger, if available.
Check the charging port
Make sure there is no dust, dirt, or debris in the terminal’s charging port.
Gently clean the port if needed — use a soft brush or dry air (never insert sharp objects).
Check the battery status
If the terminal does not turn on or doesn’t hold a charge, it might indicate a battery health issue.
After connecting to power, leave the terminal to charge for at least 30 minutes before turning it on.
Some terminals show a battery icon when charging — check if it appears to confirm the connection.
Possible battery issues
Over time, batteries naturally lose capacity. If your terminal turns off quickly or doesn’t hold a charge, it might need a battery replacement.
Using the terminal in extremely hot or cold environments can affect battery performance.
Avoid fully draining the battery repeatedly; keep it charged regularly to prolong battery life.
Try a different outlet
Plug your charger directly into a different power outlet, bypassing any power strips.
