If you have activated online payments and receive them from your customers via the booking website, the funds are first processed by our payment provider, Adyen. Once the total amount exceeds the payout threshold for your account currency, a payout is scheduled for the next business day at 7:00 AM. For example, the threshold is €50 for Euro accounts and 1,300 CZK for Czech Koruna accounts. You can find the thresholds for all currencies in the list below. Payments received over the weekend are processed starting on Monday, the first business day of the week, which may result in a slight delay compared to weekday payments.

Because of this processing flow, the actual transfer to your bank account may take up to 48 hours from the moment the payment is received. Additionally, payments made late on Friday or over the weekend may experience a short delay as they are processed on the next available business day.
An overview of all payments can be found in the Sales tab - Transactions.
Let's take a look at an example of how the payout works: If your current account balance is €0.00 and you receive a payment of €67 today, the payout will usually be triggered within the next 1-2 business days, provided the minimum payout threshold of €50 is met. For instance, if you receive a payment of €67 on a Saturday, the processing will begin on Monday, and the payout will typically be triggered by Tuesday or Wednesday.
You can also access the Transactions section in our Reservio Business mobile app by going to Menu - Sales - Transactions.
