How to extend your premium plan and where to find invoices in Reservio Enterprise

Need to check for how long your Reservio Enterprise premium plan is valid? Log in to your business account and you'll see the date when your premium plan expires in the upper right part of the account. Keep in mind that you will only find this information if you are the administrator of the selected account.

How to renew a premium plan

  1. Next to the information on how long your premium services are active, you find a yellow Renew button.

  2. After clicking on this yellow button, the system automatically creates an order for the next time period that is the same as the one currently expiring. You see its details, including the price, which is based on the features you use.

  3. All you have to do is fill in the billing details and pay for the order using one of the payment methods offered.

  4. The premium services will be extended the moment the payment gateway records your payment.

  • In the case of payment by card or PayPal, it should not take more than a few minutes to activate the premium plan.

  • In the case of a bank transfer, it may take 3 to 5 working days to register the payment and activate the premium plan.

Where can I find the invoice for the paid services?

Once payment has been made and correctly received, you can find an overview of all invoices by opening the Manage tab — Premium Services. Here will see a list of all your orders, with the option to download an invoice for each one.
