For plans: Free, Starter, Standard, Pro
Works on: desktop browser, mobile web
You can purchase a plan (if you’re in Trial or on Free plan), upgrade (move to a higher plan), or renew (extend your current plan). The process is almost the same across desktop and mobile.
1. Choose what you need
Purchase – if you’re on Free or your plan expired.
Upgrade – if you want to move from Starter → Standard → Pro.
Renew – if you want to keep the same plan for another period.
2. On Web (Desktop Browser)
Log in to your Reservio account.
Go to:
Select your plan (Starter, Standard, or Pro).
Choose a subscription period: 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years.
Enter billing details and select a payment method:
Card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Confirm and pay.
💡 Activation time
Card / PayPal / Apple Pay / Google Pay → almost immediate.
Bank transfer → 3–5 business days.
3. How to purchase a subscription in the Reservio Business app
Open the Reservio app or log in via mobile browser.
Tap the Menu (☰) → go to Business → Billing.
Login to your account in the mobile browser.
Tap Upgrade / Renew.

4. Pick your plan and subscription length.
5. Enter billing and choose payment method.
6. Confirm and pay.
4. Payment & Renewal Notes
Plans are always prepaid for 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years.
If you upgrade, you only pay the difference between your current and new plan.
If you renew, you pay the full amount of the chosen plan.
By default, auto-renewal is enabled (for card payments / PayPal).
You’ll get an email reminder before renewal with the date and amount.
You can turn off auto-renewal anytime.
