You will receive an email notification before your next scheduled plan subscription, through which you can deactivate the automatic payment.
If you didn't receive the email, there is a second way to deactivate your subscription renewal. Open this link, log in with the email you used to purchase the subscription, and simply cancel the recurring payment.
Alternatively, navigate to Settings - Business - Billing, click on the three dots in the upper right, and select "Disable auto renewal." This will connect you to our Customer Care Team, ready to assist and deactivate automatic renewal for you.
