Before You Delete
Make sure you’ve done the following before removing your account:
Cancel auto-renewals to avoid future charges
Back up any data you may want to keep
Decide whether you want to remove your business account or just your user account
👉 Note: Once you confirm deletion, you’ll have 7 days to change your mind. We’ll send you a recovery link by email.
How to delete my account
If you want to delete your account, you can do so while logged into your account.
Go to Online booking — Setup — Business profile.
On the right side of the page, find three dots and click the Delete account button.
You will be asked to write a reason why you want to delete your account.
Confirm and it's all done and deleted.
We will be happy if you write us feedback on why you are leaving Reservio. To avoid unintended charges, ensure you deactivate auto-renewals in your subscription settings before proceeding with account deletion. If you prefer not to use the self-service deletion options, you can also request account deletion via email as described below.
Note: Delete your business account first. If you remove only your user account, the business will remain active and clients can still book. Business data is not automatically deleted with the user account.
How to delete a business and user account in the mobile app
In the Reservio Business app, you can delete both your business account (as in the web browser) and your user account. Learn about the differences below.
Deleting the business account
If you want to remove your business from the scheduling software completely, follow the instructions below:
Click on the Settings icon in the bottom bar.
Select Profile under the Business heading.
Click on the three dots in the upper right corner.
Confirm your decision by clicking on the red Delete business profile button.
Deleting a user account
If you have user access to the company's booking calendar but for some reason, you don't want it, delete your user account. In this case, the business continues to work as usual, and only one user is removed. Deleting a user profile is possible only in the Reservio Business mobile app.
Click on the Menu icon in the bottom bar.
Select Business profile under the Online booking heading.
Click on the three dots in the upper right corner.
Confirm your decision by clicking on the red Delete user account button.
In the next step, write and Send us feedback, or click Skip feedback.
Enter the password you are using to log in and click on the red Delete my user account button.
