How to delete my business and user account

We are sorry to see you leaving. If you change your mind in the future, there is an option to recover your account.

Refund of your payment

If you've recently made your first purchase of our premium services, you can ask our Customer Care for a refund as long as it is within 15 days after the payment was processed (that's the period when we guarantee the refund). Please note that our refund policies are designed to balance customer convenience with our Terms and Conditions.

Key Refund Policies

  • Refund Period Eligibility: Refunds can only be requested within 15 days of the first purchase. Requests made outside of this timeframe are not eligible for refunds.

  • Automatic Billing Refunds: Payments made through automatic billing are generally non-refundable. Automatic billing ensures uninterrupted service, and customers are notified in advance.

  • Previous Purchases and Subscriptions: Refund eligibility is calculated based on the first purchase of a subscription. Refunds for renewals or subsequent automatic payments are not permitted under the policy.

Common Scenarios for Refund Denial

  • Request Made After the Refund Period: If a refund request is made after the 15-day window from the purchase date, it will be denied.

  • Automatic Billing Was Enabled: If an order was billed automatically, refunds are not issued as customers are provided prior notification.

  • Renewals of Subscriptions: Refunds are tied to the first purchase. Renewal subscriptions and subsequent payments are ineligible for refunds.

How to Avoid Refund Issues

Always review your subscription details during the signup and purchase process. Check emails for any notifications related to automatic billing or subscription renewals. Familiarize yourself with Reservio's Terms and Conditions to manage your account and billing accordingly.

Before submitting any refund request, check the original purchase date to ensure you're still within the 15-day eligibility window.

How to delete my account

If you want to delete your account, you can do so while logged into your account.

  1. Go to Online booking — Setup — Business profile.

  2. On the right side of the page, find three dots and click the Delete account button.

  3. You will be asked to write a reason why you want to delete your account.

  4. Confirm and it's all done and deleted.

We will be happy if you write us feedback on why you are leaving Reservio. To avoid unintended charges, ensure you deactivate auto-renewals in your subscription settings before proceeding with account deletion.


Important note: Before deleting your user account, please ensure that you first remove the business account. If you accidentally delete your user account instead of the business account, the business will continue to work and your clients will still be able to book. Additionally, deleting your user account will not automatically remove personal data associated with a business account. Ensure you delete the business account as well to fully remove any linked data.

What if I want to recover my account?

If you change your mind later and still want to continue using your account, you can recover it. After the deletion, you will receive an email with a link valid for 7 days which you can use to reactivate the account.

How to delete a business and user account in the mobile app

In the Reservio Business app, you can delete both your business account (as in the web browser) and your user account. Learn about the differences below.

Deleting the business account

If you want to remove your business from the scheduling software completely, follow the instructions below:

  1. Click on the Settings icon in the bottom bar.

  2. Select Profile under the Business heading.

  3. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner.

  4. Confirm your decision by clicking on the red Delete business profile button.

Deleting a user account

If you have user access to the company's booking calendar but for some reason, you don't want it, delete your user account. In this case, the business continues to work as usual, and only one user is removed. Deleting a user profile is possible only in the Reservio Business mobile app.

  1. Click on the Menu icon in the bottom bar.

  2. Select Business profile under the Online booking heading.

  3. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner.

  4. Confirm your decision by clicking on the red Delete user account button.

  5. In the next step, write and Send us feedback, or click Skip feedback.

  6. Enter the password you are using to log in and click on the red Delete my user account button.
