Business account vs. user account — what's the difference?
Deleting your business account removes the entire business from Reservio — all bookings, client data, and settings are permanently deleted.
Deleting your user account only removes your personal access. The business remains active, and clients can still book. Other users with access are not affected.
If you want to remove everything, delete the business account first, then the user account.
Before you delete
Make sure you've done the following before removing your account:
Cancel auto-renewals to avoid future charges
Back up any data you may want to keep
Once you confirm deletion, you'll have 7 days to change your mind. We'll send you a recovery link by email.
How to delete a business account (web browser)
Go to Online booking — Setup — Business profile.
On the right side of the page, click the three dots and select Delete account.
Write a reason for leaving (optional but appreciated).
Confirm the deletion.
To avoid unintended charges, make sure auto-renewals are deactivated before deleting. If you prefer not to use the self-service option, you can also request account deletion via email to our Customer Care Team.
How to delete accounts in the mobile app
In the Reservio Business app, you can delete both your business account and your user account.
Deleting the business account
Tap the Settings icon in the bottom bar.
Select Profile under the Business heading.
Tap the three dots in the upper right corner.
Confirm by tapping the red Delete business profile button.
Deleting a user account
If you have user access to a business but no longer need it, you can remove your user account. The business continues to work as usual — only your access is removed. Deleting a user profile is only possible in the Reservio Business mobile app.
Tap the Menu icon in the bottom bar.
Select Business profile under the Online booking heading.
Tap the three dots in the upper right corner.
Tap the red Delete user account button.
Write and Send us feedback, or tap Skip feedback.
Enter your password and tap the red Delete my user account button.
