Premium services can be canceled in the system within the 15 days from the first purchase — with a guarantee of a refund of the entire amount paid. If you decide in this period that you do not want to continue with the premium services, contact our Customer Care. We will be happy to help you with this request.
Note: The refund option is not available for automatic renewals or additional subscription purchases.
It is possible to cancel premium services or deactivate the Reservio account even after the first 15 days from the purchase, however, we won’t be able to refund the payment or its proportional part.
