After purchasing premium services in our booking system, you should receive a bill (in the form of an invoice) to your email address immediately after the payment is registered by our payment gateway. In the case of payment by card or via PayPal, processing takes place within a few minutes. For other payment methods, such as bank transfer, it may take a few business days for the payment to be registered, so you'll receive the document only after the payment has been credited to our account.

You can also find invoices for individual payments directly in your account, where you can also download them at any time. Invoices are located under the Business tab — My business — Billing — Invoices.
