SMS package purchase
Updated over a week ago

For plans: Starter, Standard, Pro

Works on: desktop browser

The feature of SMS notification is available only in the premium plans of Starter, Standard, and Pro, and if you are interested in sending messages to your customers, it is necessary to purchase a separate SMS package.

You can purchase SMS packages from the Billing tab, which you can find in the Settings — Business Billing and click on the Buy SMS plan button.

The system automatically redirects you to the order details page, where you can pick the required SMS package. Check out this guide to find out where you can find SMS package pricing.

Then, simply add your billing information and proceed to payment. By default, you can pay with:

  • Apple Pay,

  • Google Pay,

  • Visa/MasterCard,

  • Bank transfer,

  • PayPal.

For a full list of payment options specific to your country, you can check out our article on available payment methods here.

The SMS package activation depends on the chosen payment method and on how fast the payment itself takes to go through. For card and PayPal payments, the payment is finalized within a few minutes, and the same applies to the activation of the package. Finalizing a payment by bank transfer can take several business days (usually 3-5), which results in a longer period of activation of sending SMS.

SMS packages are not valid for a specific period; instead, you purchase a credit package, which includes a certain number of SMS messages. Once you have used all the SMS messages in the package, you will need to purchase it again; otherwise, the SMS messages will stop being sent.

It is important to know that once your SMS credit runs out, the system will inform you, and a pop-up window will appear right after the log-in, letting you know that your SMS package has expired.

TIP: Once you have your SMS package, you are ready to activate this type of notification. Read all about it and how to configure it for both the admin and your clients in the following guides:
