We are very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the premium services. We'd be happy for you to contact our Customer Care and we'll discuss everything together. Maybe we can find a solution to adjust the booking system to suit you.

Optionally, if you are not satisfied with your current premium plan and just need more features or a higher booking limit, you can simply upgrade to a higher plan. Take a look at offers and find the right one for your business.

However, if you are not satisfied with the Reservio calendar and we don't find a solution and you decide to leave us, we will refund your payment for premium services in full as long as it’s within 15 days of payment.

So, in any case, please contact Customer Care who will help you with anything and will also sort out any refund.
