Step 1: Set Up Your Passes
To start selling passes, you’ll first need to create them in your Reservio business account:
Log in to your Reservio business account.
Navigate to Loayalty in your Settings.
Click Create new pass and choose the type that fits your services:
Credit-based passes: Ideal for businesses offering multiple services (e.g., 1000 credits usable for haircuts, facials, etc.).
Entry-based passes: Perfect for class-based businesses (e.g., 10 entries for a yoga studio).
Time-based passes: Best for memberships (e.g., unlimited access for one month).
Set pricing, service eligibility, and expiration dates.
Activate the toggle for Online purchase.
Step 2: Sell passes on your booking page
Once your passes are set up, they become available for customers to purchase directly on your Reservio booking page.
🔹 Customers can view passes under the "Passes" tab
Passes are displayed with clear descriptions, pricing, and the number of included services.
Customers can click on a pass, review its details, and purchase it instantly.
🔹 Buying a pass is simple and fast
Customers click the BUY button next to the pass they want.
They proceed to checkout, where they see a summary of their order.
Payment is completed seamlessly, securing their access to services. Customers can pay using credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Cartes Bancaires, Bancontact, Dankort), Apple Pay, Google Pay, or choose cash on-site, depending on the payment options enabled by the business.
👉 Important: To successfully purchase a pass, the customer must be logged into their account. If they don’t have an account yet, they will be prompted to either create a new one or log in before checkout.
Step 3: Customers Use Their Passes to Book Services
Once a customer purchases a pass, they can use it to book appointments or services without needing to pay separately each time.
