How to Make Bookings on Reservio

If you've created a business account on Reservio, there are two simple ways to make bookings:

On the Booking Website

Once you've set up your Reservio business account, you'll have your own booking website URL. Clients can easily book appointments themselves by visiting this page.

Via the Reservio Calendar

You can also make bookings manually through your Reservio calendar.

  1. Log in, and go to the Calendar tab.

  2. Create a booking for your customers.

For individual appointments, click on the blue Create new button on the left or click directly in the calendar:

For group events, create or select an already created event and add customers to it:

How to create a booking in the Reservio Business app

You can also manually create bookings directly in the Reservio Business app.

For individual appointments, in to the Calendar tab, tap the red plus icon, and select the Service the customer would like to book. On the next screen, choose either "Anyone available" or select a specific Staff member.

Select one of the available time slots or set a custom time for the reservation. Next, choose an existing client from your Client list or create a new one by tapping the red plus icon. You can also add any internal Notes if needed. Finally, confirm the new booking by tapping the grey checkmark icon.

For group events, simply go to the Calendar tab and tap the red plus icon to create a new event, or select an existing event from the calendar. Once you’ve opened the event, tap the red plus icon.

This will allow you to select and add a customer from your Client list. In the New booking section, you can also specify how many Spots the customer would like to reserve. Don’t forget to tap the grey checkmark icon to confirm the booking.
