To cancel a booking, open your calendar and select the specific booking you wish to cancel. You can then cancel it directly from the booking details form:
In the lower right corner of the table, you will see the Delete option.
By clicking on it Reservio asks you if you want to cancel the booking. Either decline this option or confirm it by clicking on the red Delete button.
If the client left his email, the system gives you an option to send him a message with the explanation.
Canceling a booking in the Reservio Business app
You can cancel a booking directly in the mobile application as well. To do this:
Open the appointment you wish to cancel.
Tap the cancellation icon in the top-right corner.
If needed, write a message to the customer explaining the reason for the cancellation.
Confirm by tapping Cancel Booking.
