Which features will I lose after the trial period ends?

Updated over a week ago

After creating your Reservio account, you'll have a 14-day trial period with full access to all features of the Pro plan. However, it's important to note the adjustments that take place once the trial period comes to an end:

  1. Transition to free version:

    • After the trial period ends, your account will automatically transition to the free version of Reservio, where you can schedule up to 40 bookings in the last 30 days.

    • The free version comes with certain limitations, and you won't have access to premium features available in the Pro plan.

  2. Restricted access to premium features:

    • Premium features that become inaccessible after the trial period include those listed in the pricing of our premium plans, available here.

    • Some of the features you'll lose access to include:

      • Statistics

      • Print and export data

      • Staff login and booking management

      • Staff email notifications for new bookings

      • Calendar synchronization

      • Customization of notification texts sent to customers

      • Custom domain usage

      • API access

It's essential to be mindful of these changes and decide if upgrading to a premium plan aligns with your business needs to continue enjoying these advanced features beyond the trial period.
