If you're not receiving push notifications on your Reservio Business app, ensure that notifications are allowed in your device settings. If the issue persists, follow these steps:

  1. Logout from the app.

  2. Completely close the app on your device.

  3. Reopen the app.

  4. Log in again.

These steps may resolve the problem. If not, consider reinstalling the entire app. For further assistance, contact our Customer Care Team.

Please note that if manual booking approval is enabled, push notifications will not be triggered. You can disable the manual approval option here.
