How to add a new product to the inventory

Do you offer products as well as services and classes and want to sell them to your customers more easily? Just add them to your online inventory.

  1. Open the SettingsInventory Products.

  2. Click on the blue + New Product button in the top right corner.

  3. Then fill in the following details (some are optional):

    • Photo and product name — this information will be visible at a glance on the Booking Website, so it is very important.

    • Description

    • SKU (Stock keeping unit) — for better organization.

    • Price and type of taxes — set the price and select what VAT rate applies to it (only VAT payers set the VAT rate).

    • Quantity of units — how many products you currently have available.

    • Supply price per item

    • Stock level notifications — activate notifications to get alerted when your stock falls below a specific number.

  4. Confirm the creation of a new product with the blue Save button.

After adding products, remember you can adjust the stock quantity directly from the product list or manage individual products as needed.

TIP: If you have entered something incorrectly when creating a product or if you no longer offer the product, you can simply edit it or delete it from the inventory.
