Is it possible to set different payment methods for individual services?

Payment settings in Reservio are global — payment methods you configure apply to all services and events equally. All services will always have the same payment methods available.

Workaround solution: set the service price to free

If you require online payment globally but want to offer cash payment for specific services, you can set the price of those services to free (0). Clients can then complete their booking without paying online, and you can collect the payment in cash at the appointment — just make sure to inform them about the actual price in advance.

⚠️ Important: Services set to free will not appear in your revenue reports and financial summaries within Reservio.
