In Reservio, clients are the people saved in your client database. Depending on your plan, there's a limit to how many you can store.

What counts as a client

A client is any person saved in your Clients database — whether you added them manually, imported them, or they were created automatically when someone booked through your Booking Website. Each unique client record counts toward your limit.

Client limits by plan

  • Free — up to 100 clients

  • Starter, Standard, Pro, Enterprise — unlimited

Only the Free plan has a cap. All paid plans give you unlimited client records.

How the counter works

The number you see (for example, 11 / 100) shows how many clients are currently saved out of your plan's allowance. Every new client added — by you, by an online booking, or via import — adds to that count. Deleting a client frees up a spot.

What happens when you reach the limit

On the Free plan, once you reach 100 clients you can't add new ones until you delete some or upgrade. Existing clients and their bookings stay untouched.

Tip: Upgrading to a paid plan removes the cap and unlocks extended client history retention. You can manage your plan and upgrade here.
