The Reservio Marketplace (reservio.cz / reservio.sk) is a public portal where customers can discover and book services from Reservio businesses. Listing your business gives you extra visibility and a new booking channel.
Who can be listed
The Marketplace is available only for businesses in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Listing works on all plans, including Free — there is no plan restriction.
Before you turn it on
Make sure your business profile is complete:
Address filled in (required for location search)
Business category set
Service names matching the relevant category
Business name, description, and photos up to date
Opening hours set correctly
Enable Marketplace listing on desktop
Go to Online booking > Reservio.cz Service Portal.
Turn on the toggle.
Note: After turning the toggle on, it may take up to 24 hours for your business to appear on the Marketplace.
Enable Marketplace listing on mobile app
Open the Reservio Business app and go to Menu.
Tap Business profile.
Turn on the Reservio.cz / Reservio.sk Service Portal toggle.
Why isn't my business showing up?
The business address is missing or incomplete.
The category tag doesn't match the service.
Less than 24 hours have passed since you turned the toggle on.
If you've checked all of the above and your business still isn't visible, please contact us.
Good to know
Online payments: Marketplace bookings go through the Marketplace checkout — custom domain and iFrame integrations don't work for them.
Reviews: Customers can leave reviews only via the Marketplace flow. Reviews can't be replied to, but can be blocked or removed for valid reasons.
Design: Custom design changes aren't reflected on the Marketplace listing.
