How to set up or change the address

Set your business address and let clients know where they can find you. But don't forget to change it if you are moving your business to a new place.

Set up a new address

  1. If you haven't set up an address, open the Online booking tab — SetupBusiness profileAddress Add new address.

  2. A window with editing options will open. You can set the address by clicking on the Edit button or the empty field under the text “Where is your business located?”. Enter your street, city, and country, and click Save.

  3. In the last step, you will already see the newly set address. Double-check it to make sure it is correct. Finally, don't forget to save it again by clicking Save changes.

Change of old address

  1. If you already have an address but need to change it, open the Online booking tab — SetupBusiness profile Address Edit.

  2. A window with editing options will open. You can set a new address by clicking on Edit or the field with the original address (under “Where is your company located?”). Enter the updated street, city, and country, and click on the Save button.

  3. In the last step you will already see the updated address. Double-check it to make sure it is correct. Finally, don't forget to save it again by clicking Save changes.

Where to find this setting in the Reservio Business app

You can also change the business address in your mobile app. Just click on the Menu icon in the bottom bar and select Business profile. Then scroll down a little, and there you can see your Address. You can edit it by clicking on the pen on the right side. Then click on Edit address and select a new address. In the end, don't forget to save the changes.
