Is your employee taking a vacation or won’t be available on one specific day, or only for some part of that day? In Reservio, you can adjust the schedule of a single employee for individual days and hours.
You can find this setting in the Calendar tab — Staff section — arrow on the right of selected employee — Manage schedule.
After clicking on the Manage schedule option, you can easily edit the availability of this employee.
Just select the desired week in the calendar on the left side. Then the individual days of the week are displayed with the schedule.
Change of opening hours for the selected day
You can simply change the working hours for the selected day by clicking on its original opening hours.
Fill in the new opening hours in the From and To fields and click Edit.
Don't forget to save your changes by clicking Finish.
Cancellation of opening hours for the selected day
You can simply cancel the working hours for the selected day by clicking on the cross next to the original opening hours.
Instead of opening hours, you will now see Closed for that day.
Don't forget to save your changes by clicking Finish.
Add opening hours for the selected day
You can simply add working hours for the selected day by clicking Add hours under the original opening hours.
Fill in the new opening hours in the From and To fields, and click Add.
Instead of opening hours on one line, you will now see two lines with the selected range of opening hours.
Don't forget to save your changes by clicking Finish.
This setting takes precedence over all other availability settings in your calendar (over the opening hours of the entire business and the opening hours of a specific employee).
