Do you want your employees to have their own access to the system so they can manage bookings? Allow them to log in to the account and then identify which information they can and cannot access. Employee login is only available in the Pro premium plan.
This feature is useful if you have a company with multiple employees and you need each of them to be able to view the booking calendar directly. If you need help with managing the entire booking system, give the staff full access.
Registration of employee's user account
Before employees can be given user access to your business, they need to create their own Reservio accounts and register. They can do this easily through your business's Booking Website.
Here's how to register an account:
On the Booking Website, employees can click the 'Login' button in the right upper corner.
Now, at the bottom of the webpage, they will find the 'Sign up' button.
Once they have successfully created and verified their Reservio accounts, you can grant them user access to your business's Reservio account.
Creating user access
By following the next steps, you'll be able to create user access for your staff members.
Open the Settings tab — Business — Staff.
Click on the employee to whom you want to grant access.
You will see their profile, where you first fill in their email address with which they will log in.
Then check the box next to the sign "Enable staff member to log in and manage own bookings”. You have now created a separate access for this employee. They will be able to edit, cancel, or create new bookings after logging in.
In addition to basic access, you can also enable other management options. These are displayed when you check the box above. Decide whether to grant the employee access to:
All bookings — staff members have the ability to upload, edit, and delete all bookings, including bookings of other staff members.
Client list — staff members see all clients, their contact details, recent activities, how often they use your services and can add notes to clients' profiles.
Sections Sales, Online booking, Settings — staff members have the possibility to see and manage the mentioned sections. This is the highest level of access, identical to the role of the main administrator.
Confirm the access creation with the Save button.
The employee will receive an invitation email to access the calendar. Here, they will find a button to confirm access. They can go to the login page, create a password and then log in to the calendar.
A word of caution: If you've granted access to an unregistered employee, we recommend withdrawing their access, having the employee create an account, and then re-granting access. This ensures a smoother process.
