Booking hours of your staff member don't match your general opening hours? Set up custom opening hours for each staff member separately and let them work at a time that suits them.
Go to the Settings tab — Business section — Staff.
Clicking on a specific employee's name will bring up an edit sheet including a checkbox that can be checked to set custom booking hours. Employees' working hours are set automatically according to the company's opening hours. You can change the time range when an employee can accept bookings by checking the box.
Using the Add hours button, you can select the day and time range when a particular employee will be able to accept bookings.
Be aware that all working days must be entered once the custom booking hours option is selected. It is assumed that the employee does not accept appointments on the days for which you have not specified booking hours.
Note, that setting an employee's custom opening hours is only available in the calendar for individual appointments. The calendar for group events doesn't offer this option, because you set up events directly for specific times. It means that clients can only book these preset events.
General opening hours vs. custom booking hours
The system prioritizes the employee's personalized opening hours over the general setting of opening hours. When a client makes a booking, the system will always offer only those times that are specified in this setting.
How to manage the schedule for particular days
