Each Reservio plan has a pre-set limit of bookings that you and your clients can create. This limit counts bookings created during the last 30 days (rolling window, not calendar month).
For plans: Free, Starter, Standard, Pro
Works on: desktop browser, mobile app
How the rolling 30-day limit works
The booking limit applies to the last 30 days, not the calendar month. The remaining number of bookings changes every day as older bookings fall outside the 30-day window.
For example, if on September 16 the counter shows 50 bookings, those were created between August 17 and September 16.
On September 17, the system deducts bookings created on August 17 (they no longer fall within the last 30 days) and only counts those created since August 18.
Note: If you cancel a booking after its scheduled date, it still counts towards the 30-day limit.
Booking limits by plan
Free — 40 bookings per 30 days.
Pro-trial — 40 bookings per 30 days. (A free 14-day trial of the Pro plan for all new users. The only difference from the full Pro plan is the booking limit.)
Starter — 200 bookings per 30 days.
Standard — 500 bookings per 30 days.
Pro — unlimited bookings.
Where to check your booking count
You can see the current status of your bookings in the Calendar tab at the bottom of the left panel.
As you approach your limit, the indicator changes from green to orange and finally to red. When you reach the limit, Reservio will notify you and offer to switch to a higher plan.
Where to find this in the mobile app
Log in to your Reservio mobile app.
Tap Menu (far right icon in the bottom navigation bar).
Look for the tile showing your current bookings and plan info.
Tap the tile for more details.
What happens when you reach the limit?
The limit includes both bookings you create directly in the calendar and bookings clients create via the Booking Website. When the limit is reached:
In the booking calendar — The system won't allow you to create additional bookings. You can either wait for the daily recalculation to free up slots or upgrade to a higher plan.
Via the Booking Website — Clients can still create bookings, but you'll only see the service name — client details (name, email, phone) will be hidden. We recommend upgrading your plan before bookings run out to avoid this.
Exception — Pro-trial plan: Once you reach the 40-booking limit, no further bookings can be created at all — neither in the calendar nor via the Booking Website. To continue receiving bookings, purchase a premium plan.
Does upgrading reset the counter?
No. When you upgrade your plan, the counter does not reset — only the maximum limit increases.
For example, if you've used 40 bookings on the Free plan and upgrade to Starter (200 bookings), the original 40 still count. You'll be able to create 160 additional bookings.
How to make bookings last longer
If bookings are running out too quickly because clients book far in advance, consider adjusting how far ahead they can book. You can set this in Online booking — Setup — Booking rules — Booking time limit.
