Promote your Booking Website on your website or social media and expand your clientele. By doing that, bookings can start coming from several different channels.
Promotion options you'll find in the Marketing tab — Get bookings:
You will see a URL link to your Booking Website that you can simply copy and send to your customers.
You can also download and share a QR code leading to your Booking Website.
Here you will also find the option to share the Booking Website on Socials (through Email, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn).
Another way is to create a booking button on your website that will take customers to your Booking Website.
You can also integrate the booking form with your website via iframe. With iframe embedded, your web will include a window displaying the same information as your general Booking Website.
You can find more options in the Calendar tab by clicking on the Share link in the top left corner.
In the upper part, you will find a button to share the Booking Website.
In the middle part are the individual services or events you offer. You can copy the link that will lead to the selected service or event detail on your Booking Website, and then send or share it wherever you want. Or you can click the Share button to select advanced shared options.
If you offer individual services (not group events), you can also add staff to your chosen service. A client who clicks on the link you share will be taken to the service details or, if you choose an employee, directly to the booking process. Thanks to this, they just choose the date and time, and the booking is done.
In the lowest part are the individual employees. You can simply copy the link that will lead to their profile on the Booking Website. Or you can click the Share button to select advanced shared options.
Here you can also add an employee to the service, get a QR code, and share link easily on social media.
Where to find URL of your Booking Website in the Reservio Business app
You can locate the URL link of your Booking Website in the Reservio Business app by clicking on the megaphone icon in the bottom part of the calendar.
Then select the Get bookings section.
Copy the URL of your Booking Website.
