I can’t log into my account

If you're having trouble accessing your Reservio account, it could be due to a number of common issues—such as incorrect login details, account type confusion, or missing access rights. This guide will help you identify the cause and get back in without delay.


🔁 Check the type of account

Reservio has two separate account types:

  • Business account (for service providers) → Log in at www.reservio.com

  • Personal account (for end customers) → Log in through the Booking Website of the business you want to visit If you accidentally log into the wrong account, you can securely log out using this link: https://app.reservio.com/?logout=true.

Solution: Make sure you’re logging in on the correct page. If needed, sign up for the right type of account.


🔑 Forgot your password?

It happens to the best of us.

Solution:
Click “Forgot your password?”, enter your email, and follow the link in the reset email to set a new one.


📧 Forgot your email or used the wrong one?

You might’ve used a different email or made a typo during sign-up.

Solution: Try other email addresses you own. If you need to update the registered email address in Reservio, follow these steps:

  1. Access Account Settings: Log in to your Reservio account using your existing credentials.

  2. Update Your Email Address: Navigate to Account Information and update the email address field to your preferred email.

  3. Save Changes: Confirm the update to finalize the change. If nothing works, contact Customer Care to help you identify or update your account email.


👥 Logging in as staff?

You need to be invited and approved by your account admin to access a business account as a team member.

Solution:

  • Ask your admin to confirm your access

  • Check your inbox (and junk folder) for an invitation email

  • Accept the invitation to activate your login

If you’ve already logged in but don’t see your work calendar, your profile may not yet be linked to a staff member. Ask your admin to assign it.


🔐 Logged in via Google, Apple, or Facebook?

If you or a team member logged in using a third-party option (Google, Apple ID, or Facebook), your password may have been automatically reset for security reasons.

Solution: If you’re having trouble accessing your account or want to switch your login method from a social login (e.g., Google, Apple, or Facebook) to manual email/password access:

  1. Reset Your Password: Use the “Forgot your password?” option linked to your social login email to set a new password. Ensure that the email address entered corresponds to your Reservio account.

  2. Login with Email and Password: After successfully resetting your password, log in manually by entering your email and new password on the login page instead of using the social login option. If you recently updated your Facebook email and experience login issues, manually log in by entering the new email and your Reservio password. If needed, use the 'Forgot Password' option to reset it.
