What problem could have occurred
You have switched your business account for a personal account or vice versa
You forgot the password to your account
You are logging in with the wrong email address
As an employee, you have not been granted access

Let's take a look at how to fix the problem, whether you're logging in as a customer or a service provider.
Check what account you are logging into
You can log into Reservio as a customer under a personal account via a business Booking Website or as a service provider via a business account. Each account works separately with its separate login details.
The URL address www.reservio.com is used by service providers to log into the booking system. In case you are an end customer (meaning you want to book some service), go to the Booking Website of the business where you want to book and book directly there (log in to the Client zone).
Solution: If you have landed on the wrong page, go to the correct page and log in there. If you want to access another account and haven't created one yet, sign up as a business or as a customer on any business Booking Website.
Reset your password
Reservio login has a password reset option in case you forgot your password or made a typo during registration.
Solution: Click on the “Forgot your password?” link, fill in your email address, and check your last inbox. In the email from Reservio, you will find a link to change your password and regain access to your account.
Check or change the email address
You may have made a typo when you created your account or used a different email address. Your login doesn't work because you're entering the wrong email, which doesn't belong to any account.
Solution: First, try your other email addresses to see if you used a different one when registering. If you are unable to find your login, please contact Reservio Customer Care to help you change the email or check to what email you have an account connected.
Verify with the account administrator that you have user access
If you are logging into the business account as an employee, you need access rights. Your administrator (colleague or supervisor) may haven't granted them yet, you haven't found the invitation, or your rights have been revoked.
Solution: Ask your account administrator if you already have user access to the system. If so, you will need to confirm the invitation before you log in for the first time. The invitation email will be sent automatically to the email address the administrator has given while granting you access. To be safe, also check your junk mail folder to see if the invitation has not ended up there.
If you have already logged into your account but do not see your work calendar, ask your account administrator if they have already assigned you as a user to a staff member with your name. You will see your work calendar right after the connection between a staff member and a user will be made.

Check the system availability
Very occasionally, the login page may load slowly or show an error. This means that there has been a short-term outage and we are working on fixing it.
Solution: Follow this link to verify that the system is working without problems and that any deficiency has been corrected.
