How to add and remove calendars in Reservio Enterprise

Within Reservio Enterprise, you can add and manage multiple calendars to which you can set access for each individual user. You have this option only if you are an administrator of the Reservio Enterprise account.

Adding a calendar

Each Reservio Enterprise account has a maximum number of calendars which determines the total price. So if you need to add a new calendar, contact Customer Care to adjust this number. Then follow these steps to create your new calendar:

  1. Log in to your Reservio Enterprise account.

  2. Click on the blue + New Calendar button.

  3. Fill in all the necessary information:

    • calendar name,

    • its own email address (which has not been used in any other calendar yet), and password,

    • you can also specify the access of individual users to the calendar.

  4. Confirm the creation of a new calendar with the Save button.

  5. Subsequently, the system guides you through the standard registration process, where you choose the type of calendar and set the general parameters related to bookings. If you are unsure about the individual registration steps, a series of articles on the registration process will help.

Overview of user accesses and roles

Each Reservio Enterprise account has three default roles that determine what access a user can have:

  • Admin (a user has full access to the calendar and can make any changes there),

  • No access (a user is not able to access this calendar at all),

  • View only (a user can log in to the calendar but does not have the option to make any adjustments or changes).

TIP 1: If you need to modify or add new roles or user access, please contact our Customer Care. They can set, for example, administrator access but without certain powers, you don't want employees to have.

Dividing calendars into groups

Do you have several branches in the same city and you want to divide them into groups and make them visible on the Booking Website? You can create groups as follows:

  1. Log in to your Reservio Enterprise account.

  2. Click the blue + New Group button.

  3. Fill in the name of the group and confirm the creation with the Save button.

  4. To assign a calendar to a group, click on the cogwheel icon that appears on the right side of the row with a specific calendar after you hover over it with the mouse.

  5. In the next step just click on the arrow next to the Group column and select the one you need to move the calendar to.

  6. Don't forget to Save the changes.

Removing calendar

The final price of the Reservio Enterprise program is based on the specific number of calendars. In case of deleting a specific calendar, we recommend that you contact our Customer Care. They will adjust the program and its price according to the new number of calendars.

When removing a calendar, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Reservio Enterprise account.

  2. Click on the cogwheel icon that appears on the right side of the row with a specific calendar after you hover over it with the mouse.

  3. In the bottom right corner, you find the Delete button. Once you delete the calendar from your Reservio Enterprise, you will no longer be able to access it and it will not appear on your Booking Website.
