If you want to update the email linked to your Reservio business account, our Customer Care Team can assist you. Simply reach out to them, and they'll handle the change for you. You can also be assured that updating your email won't cause any data loss, as all appointments, client directories, and other data remain tied to your profile. Note that the Customer Care team operates exclusively online, and email updates cannot be processed via phone support.

If your current email address has been compromised, follow these steps to update it:

  1. Contact the Reservio Customer Care team with the new email address you would like to use.

  2. The Customer Care team will update your profile in the system.

  3. After the update, use your new email address for admin login. Additionally, if you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the 'Forgotten password' option on the login page. This process ensures that you can regain secure access to your account without losing your appointments or client directory.
