If you need to update a client’s email address, the steps vary depending on whether the client is registered or unregistered. Here’s how to manage both scenarios:
Changing the email address of a registered client
If your client is a registered user, you won't be able to change their email address within your account. In this case, the client will need to contact our customer care team directly to request the email change.
Changing the email address of an unregistered client
Go to the Clients tab: Log in to your Reservio account and navigate to the "Clients" tab in the main menu.
2. Select the specific client: Locate and click on the client whose email address you wish to change.
3. Edit the client details: Click on the cogwheel icon in the top-right corner of the client’s profile.
4. Click "Edit a client": From the dropdown menu, select "Edit client."
5. Update the email address: In the "Email" field, type the new email address.
6. Save your changes: Confirm the update by clicking the "Save" button.
The email address for this unregistered client is now successfully updated.
How to change the email address on a mobile app
This setup applies only to unregistered clients.
Open the Reservio mobile app and go to the Clients section.
Tap on the specific client whose email address you want to update.
Tap on the pen icon in the top-right corner to edit the client’s details.
Update the email address in the Email field.
Save your changes.
