Updated over a month ago

Have you received a delivery of products to your warehouse? Don't forget to adjust the number of stocked products in your online inventory too. You can easily adjust the stock for individual products or make bulk adjustments for multiple products at once. Both tutorials are provided below.

Changing the number of a single product

  1. Open the Settings tab — Inventory — Products.

  2. In the list of products, click on the one that you want to adjust.

  3. At the bottom of the page, click on the Stock details toggle. This will display the current stock and the option to manage stock.

  4. Here, you can add Stock keeping unit code, rewrite the quantity and activate Stock level notifications, which notify you when your stock falls below a specific number that you can set.

  5. Confirm the stocking with the blue Save Changes button.

Adjusting stock for multiple products

Alternatively, you can adjust the stock quantity of multiple products at once:

  1. Go to the Settings tab — InventoryProducts.

  2. In the top right corner of the product list, next to the New product button, click on Adjust stock.

  3. A new field named Change will appear next to each product, allowing you to enter the change in quantity.

  4. Select a Reason for the adjustment (e.g., "New stock").

  5. To add a note, click on the button with a paper and a '+' sign next to the product.

  6. After making your changes, confirm by clicking Save Changes.
