Why do I need to verify my identity again?

Have you received a re-authentication request from our online payment provider? Don't worry, this is a normal situation.

For example, you must re-verify your identity if:

  • the location of the business has changed,

  • the managers or owners of the business have changed,

  • the identity document you presented at the first verification has expired,

  • any other change in your details.

Once you change your details, you will receive a request to verify your identity, for which you have 30 days. If you do not provide the necessary information or documents within 30 days, your payouts will be suspended, but online payments will still be active on your booking website. However, once you complete the information, the payment will immediately resume after verification. If you don't complete the details within another 42 days of the payment suspension, any money not yet paid out will be refunded to clients' accounts, plus the acceptance of online payments will be stopped.
