To be able to process payments with Reservio, you need to go through a verification of your identity as well as your business. This verification takes place on the website of the payments provider, which is absolutely safe and secure.

There are 4 steps you need to complete:

  1. Filling in the company details

  2. Assigning the decision-makers for your business

  3. Set up a bank account to which payouts are sent

  4. Sign the Service agreement and PCI DSS questionnaire

Once you fill in the required information and go back to the Overview page, you find the section In review with a loading circle ⟳ icon. Once the information in the step is validated, the status changes to Verified with a green check mark ✅ next to it.

1. Company details

In this step, you’re asked to provide specific information about your business and its business structure like the name of your business, company structure, e.g. is it a private company or incorporated; VAT number, and so on.

You can see which steps are missing information if there’s no green check mark displayed. You can go through all of them to check the validity of the information, then scroll down and click Next to proceed to the next step.

Once you’re done and all information is filled in, click Save and go to overview.

2. Decision-makers

In this step, you assign the key roles in your business to individuals and fill in their information for the provider to check and verify their identity. You need their ID (that can be national ID, passport, or driver’s license), address, email, and phone number.

ID can be scanned directly using the camera of your device (Instant verification), or images can be manually uploaded (Manual upload). You need both the front and back of the document.

To comply, you need to fill in both Owner and Signatory even in the case both roles are held by the same person.

Once you fill in all the information, click Submit at the bottom of the summary page.

3. Bank account details

In this step, you fill in the information of your bank account to which the payouts will be sent. Prepare to fill in your IBAN and documents proving the ownership of the bank account such as a bank statement, a deposit slip, a screenshot of the online banking environment, an official letter or email from the bank, or a check.

Once you fill in all the information, click Submit at the bottom of the summary page.

4. Signing Services Agreement and PCI DSS questionnaire

After reading the Service agreement (terms and conditions of our payments provider), you select the signatory, confirm you have read the terms and conditions, and click Sign.

The PCI DSS are global requirements that aim to protect cardholder data and have to be fulfilled by every company that deals with card payments. After reading the questionnaire, you select the signatory, confirm you have read the questionnaire, and click Sign.

Completion

Once all 4 steps are completed and all information is verified (green check mark ✅ displays next to the section name), click on Back to Reservio. You land on a screen informing you about successful verification.
