Need to ask your customers for additional details before their booking? You can add an extra field (additional question) to the booking form, which customers will fill out when booking a specific service.
This feature allows you to gather essential information, such as whether they have a loyalty pass or if they have any specific allergies. You can also choose whether answering this question is mandatory or optional.
Where to find this setting
Whether you're modifying an existing service or creating a new one, you'll find this option at the bottom of the service information section. Here, you can enter a specific question related to the service and include additional description if needed.
You can also choose whether answering this question is mandatory for the customer to complete the booking by enabling the Required option.
Customers will see the additional question during their checkout:
Each service can have its own unique additional question.
If the question is set as mandatory, the booking cannot be completed until the customer provides an answer.
Where to find this setting in the Reservio Business app
You can also add an Additional question in the mobile app. Simply open the Menu from the bottom navigation bar, scroll down to Inventory, and select Services. From there, choose the service you want to modify or tap the + Create button to add a new service.
Once you've added the additional question, don’t forget to tap Save in the upper right corner to apply your changes.
