Do you want to take a lunch break at noon and close your business for a while? Add a lunch break (or any other break) to your opening hours. Therefore, you will not receive any bookings at this time.
Opening hours settings
First, open the opening hours settings in the system. You can find it under the Settings tab — Business — Availability.
Adding a lunch break
You can see a week overview of the opening hours. Click Add Hours to create two separate time slots. The first refers to the time before the lunch break, and the second to the time after it.
So, if you have a lunch break from 12:00 to 12:30, you set this pause as follows:
first, set the opening hours to the time before the break – i.e., from 8:00 to 12:00,
then set the opening hours to the time after the break – i.e., from 12:30 to 16:00,
now you have created a gap between 12:00 and 12:30, within which the system will not allow bookings.
When you have set the breaks (you can do it only for a few days — for example, only for Tuesday and Thursday), remember to confirm the changes by clicking the Save changes button.
Below you can see that the lunch break is already set for Monday, but not for the other days:
Before you click the Save changes button, you can set lunch break for Tuesday and Thursday in addition to Monday:
