Sending booking reminders to clients

Do you want your clients to receive a reminder about an upcoming event? Pay attention to this booking rule, which determines if and when the system sends clients a booking reminder email.

Good to know about reminders

  • It's worthwhile for bookings that are scheduled far in advance.

  • In addition to determining whether the system sends reminders at all, you also set how far in advance of the event. This setting also applies to SMS reminders (if you send them).

  • You have the option to choose from values from 1 hour to 30 days before the event. If you choose not to send reminders to your clients, select the Don’t send option.

Booking reminder settings

Sending reminders is easily set up in the settings with the other booking rules. In the BusinessSchedulingBooking rules section. Click on the drop-down list and select the value of your choice.

Where to find this setting in the Reservio Business app

Whether and when to send booking reminders can be set in one place along with other booking rules. Just click on the Settings tab in the bottom bar, where you can find the booking rules in the Scheduling section.
