If you provide regular courses or lessons, set them to repeat in the calendar. It saves you the time spent creating these events over and over again.
How to set up repeating — a new event
While creating a new group event in the window, where you will set event details, select the desired repetition frequency under Repeat. Then you will see additional boxes where you can add the following information:
Repeat once per — Choose how often you want to repeat the event (i.e., whether it will repeat every day, once a week, or twice a month, etc.).
Repeat on — Select the day when the event will take place.
Ends — You have two options to end the repetition. Either the event will stop repeating, for example, after 15 occurrences (you determine the exact number), or you choose a date when the repetition should end.
Where to find this setting in the Reservio Business app
You can set up a repetition for a new event in your mobile app too. When creating an event, click Repeat and select how often you want to organize this class or lesson. On the next page, just set up other details.

Then click the Edit button located in the upper right corner.

In the penultimate field, click on Add repeat.

Finally, confirm the changes by clicking the Save button.
Where to find this setting in the Reservio Business app
You can set up a repetition for the already created event in your mobile app too. Just open the Calendar tab and select a specific lesson or course. To edit this event click on the pen icon in the upper right corner. Then click on Repeat and fill in the information to specify the repetition.
How to prolong already repeated event
If you have an event with a concluded repeat that needs extension, please note that directly modifying the repeat of an already repeated event is not possible. This could lead to issues such as the repeat not being created or duplicated events occurring. To address this, create a new event for the extended period and set up the repeat settings there. Ensure all details are accurate for the updated schedule.
Note: The shortest frequency for repeat events can be configured on a daily basis. This means you can set up repeats to occur on different days, but not within a single day, such as every 30 minutes. For intervals shorter than a day, you will need to create the events manually, for example one event for each 30 minutes.
