Supported devices: the Reservio mobile app (iOS and Android)
Do you have a user account on the Reservio.cz services portal that you no longer use and want to delete?
Note: this is not the Reservio Business app. That one is for businesses that take bookings through Reservio. If the app asks you to create a business profile when you sign in, you are in the wrong app — you do not need to create a business profile to delete your user account. Search the App Store / Google Play for the Reservio app.
Sign in to your account.
Open the Profile tab in the bottom bar.
Select Settings.
Then tap the three dots in the upper right corner.
Confirm your decision by tapping the red Delete user account option.
Next, write and Send us feedback, or tap Skip feedback.
Finally, enter the password you use to sign in and tap the red Delete my user account button.
