How to add a photo to employees’ profiles

Add a photo to your employee's profile. Your clients see it on the Booking Website and can choose the employee they like best when booking a service. Their experience will be fine-tuned to the last detail.

How to do it?

You can only add a photo to your employee profile in the Reservio Business mobile app. Follow these steps:

  1. Open the Settings tab in the bottom bar.

  2. Click on Staff under the Scheduling sign.

  3. Now click on the employee's profile to whom you want to upload the photo.

  4. Click on the blue camera icon above the employee's name.

  5. Now you can choose whether you want to upload the photo from your mobile gallery or if you want to take a photo of the employee right away.

  6. After selecting or taking the photo, you will see an editor where you can zoom in, zoom out, or rotate the photo if necessary.

  7. Once you are satisfied with the crop of the image, confirm the upload by clicking on the yellow sign Choose.

At this point, you'll see the photo of the employee in the overview of all staff, but your customers will also see it on the Booking Website.

TIP: Do you want your clients to know in advance what the service or event looks like? Add a photo also to your services or events.
