At this time, we don't provide the option to have your booking website available in multiple languages. Additionally, there is no confirmed timeline for when this functionality will be available. It will be necessary to choose a single language for your website, preferably the one that's most commonly spoken by your customers.
Workarounds for Multi-Language Booking
While there is no direct support for multi-language booking websites, you can use the following workarounds to achieve similar functionality:
1. Create Separate Accounts for Each Language
How it works: Set up separate Reservio accounts for each language (e.g., English, French, Dutch). Each account will have its own Booking Website.
Considerations: You will need to manage separate calendars and logins for each account. This approach requires manual coordination to ensure availability is consistent across all accounts.
2. Use Reservio Enterprise for Centralized Management
How it works: Reservio Enterprise allows you to manage multiple calendars under a single login. You can set up one calendar per language, with each calendar having its own Booking Website. Customers can select their preferred “branch,” which corresponds to their language.
Considerations: Similar to the first approach, you must manually coordinate availability across calendars to prevent double bookings for the same physical session.
Additional Considerations
Manual Coordination: Both approaches require careful manual coordination to avoid scheduling conflicts. This is especially important if the same physical resources or staff are shared across multiple calendars.
Scalability: Consider the scalability of your chosen workaround, especially if you anticipate a high volume of bookings or the need to support additional languages in the future.
If you want to change the language of your account, you can find a manual here.
