Solutions to common pass utilization issues

When using passes, there are some important rules to follow. If you find that passes aren't working as expected, this guide will help you figure out why.

What to check when a pass has not been used?

1. Booking Details:

  • Verify that the booking was made by the client or admin for future events.

  • Check if the pass is valid for the booked service.

2. Pass Expiration:

  • Check if the pass is still valid on the day of the booking.

  • Note that passes cannot be used for bookings scheduled after pass expiration.

3. Service Assignment:

  • For bookings made for services, ensure the pass is valid for the selected service.

  • For event bookings, verify if the event has a respective service assigned.

4. Credit Passes:

  • If using a credit pass, ensure there is sufficient credit to cover the service's specified price.

  • Note that partial payment with a pass is not possible; the pass must cover the entire service price.

5. Clients with multiple passes:

  • Check if the client does not have multiple passes, as it may be possible that another pass was used.
