You are already booked for this event — Unfortunately, it is not possible to book additional spots for an event where you have already made a booking. Alternatively, check that you are booking for the correct event.
The selected event is full — choose another time or another event.
The payment has failed — try paying again, or choose a different payment method. If you are unable to solve the problem, please contact our customer care who will be happy to help you.
Either the selected booking time is not valid or the event has been canceled — the business has changed or canceled this existing event, so choose another one.
Only existing clients for this business can make a booking — the business has bookings open only to clients who are already in their database. Contact the business for further assistance.
Only new clients or clients with a valid pass can make a booking — check that you are applying the correct pass with money or free admissions left. However, if you haven’t purchased a pass from this business, contact them for further assistance.
The booking wasn’t verified due to connection issues — check your internet connection and re-try to make the booking.
You need to verify your email address to complete this reservation — check your email box and click the "Go to account" button in the "Welcome to Reservio" confirmation email.
The business has reached its booking limit — contact the business for further assistance.
It may also happen that you see the message "Oops! We’re not sure what happened”. In this case, contact our customer care.
