What payment methods can my clients use to pay?

You can choose from two options for the types of payments you want to accept in your business. One is on-site payments (either card or cash) and the other is card payments online. Online payments have many advantages - they are more convenient for clients, they will make your business more efficient and they will also reduce the number of missed bookings.

If you wish to accept online payments, you will need to go through the online payment activation process after registering in the booking system. In this guide, you will find out exactly how to do it.

Once online payments are enabled, your clients will be able to pay for services and events in advance online via your Booking Website. They can choose directly from several payment options:

  • Credit and debit cards Visa, Mastercard, Maestro

  • cash on-site

If you want to change the payment options you have set, open the Business tab - Payments - Payment Options and simply reconfigure what you need.
