Sometimes, clients may encounter difficulties when trying to complete a reservation in Reservio. These challenges usually fall into one of three categories: account verification issues, business-specific booking policies, or technical/system-related problems.

1. Account Verification Challenges

If a client’s account is not verified, reservations may not go through.

How to fix it:

  • Check your email inbox for a verification email from Reservio.

  • Open the email and click the confirmation link.

  • Once verified, you should be able to complete your booking.

⚠️ Tip: If you’re opening booking links from social media apps (e.g., in-app browsers), this may cause problems. Instead, open the booking site directly in a standard web browser like Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.


2. Business-Specific Booking Policies

Some businesses limit online bookings to existing clients only.

If you’re a new client:

  • Your first booking must be created directly by the business.

  • After that, once the business has added you as a client or processed your first booking, you’ll be able to reserve future appointments online.
