When using our scheduling software, the ability for clients to customize or set booking durations themselves is not directly available.
At the outset or during the establishment of your business account, you determine the length of services. This information is visible to clients when they create reservations using the individual meetings calendar.
For group events, the service duration is specified during event creation, either manually or by associating an existing service. This designated duration is then presented to clients on your booking page during the reservation process. Unfortunately, the system does not currently allow clients to modify or set the duration according to their specific needs.
