You don't have to approve every booking you received from the clients. If you had a bad experience with the client, you can simply decline his booking request. Or you can also cancel an already confirmed booking. It takes just a few seconds!
The confirmed bookings can be canceled in the window of the event (see Calendar settings for further info). Just click on the cross button next to the booking. If there is an email assigned with the client, the system offers you the possibility to send him a polite, but clear message, about why you have canceled the booking.
Canceling a booking in the Reservio Business app
You can cancel a booking directly in the mobile application. To do this, open the class you want to modify and either choose to cancel the whole event or select the customer you wish to remove by tapping the three dots.
Then select either Cancel event, to cancel the whole group event or Remove attendee to remove a single client from the group event.
If needed, you can also write a message to the customer (or the whole group event) before confirming the cancellation. Finally, tap again Cancel booking or Remove Attendee to complete the process.
